Privacy policy

Who processes the data
The data controller is LLC KOMPOZIT T.A., 90/1 Arbobkhotun Street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan. For questions about data processing, write to info@composite.tj.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed for one purpose only: to prepare and send a reply to your enquiry. The basis is your own step towards entering into a contract — you send the request and expect an answer. By submitting the form you confirm your consent to this processing.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept in the corporate mailbox for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and perform any resulting contract, but no longer than three years from the last message. The site has no separate database — enquiries are not stored on the website server.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@composite.tj — we reply within thirty days.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, we will update the version date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted separately.
What data we collect
The site collects only the data you enter yourself in the quotation request form:
- name — required, so that we can address you;
- email address — required, so that we can reply;
- company, phone, country — optional, to prepare the proposal;
- message — the project parameters you provide.
We use no web analytics, advertising pixels or trackers. The site does not build a visitor profile and does not pass data to advertising networks.
Who the data is shared with
The message is delivered through the Resend email service (Resend Inc., USA) to the corporate address info@composite.tj. There are no other recipients. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes.
When the form is submitted, the server keeps your IP address in memory for no longer than ten minutes, solely to limit spam. The address is not stored anywhere and is not linked to the content of your enquiry.
Cookies
The site uses a minimum of cookies:
Strictly necessary
One file, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you chose — Russian, Tajik or English. Without it the site cannot open a page in the right language. Such files always work and require no consent.
External services
The contacts page embeds a Yandex map. It may set cookies of its own belonging to Yandex. The map loads only after your consent — until then a placeholder with a link to the map is shown instead.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.
